In the midst of uncertainty, Pilates became my anchor, bringing clarity to my mornings and helping me move through each day with purpose and intention. Now, as we embrace a more open and connected world, I’m excited to step forward, literally and figuratively, into a healthier, more vibrant chapter. Born in Ukraine and raised in Canada, the now Swiss-based instructor has been practicing Pilates for over 15 years. Certified by Body Control Pilates and Equinox, Maria is resolved to unravel the Pilates method particularly for beginners who are looking for a simple way to achieve greater ease in every day movement.
